I really enjoy being around kids of all ages. I have been babysitting for nearing 8 years, for various families, children of all ages, multiple children at a time, and children that suffer from disabilities. I currently hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Social Work with a Concentration with Clinical Practice with Families and Children. I currently hold a job with flexible hours (can work from home) and required to be in the office two days a week or 15 hours a week. I am a medicaid service coordinator (provides services to individuals with disabilities). The majority of my caseload consists of children. I am really just looking for random, occasional, or on call babysitting jobs. I would not mind babysitting week nights (schedule) for a particular day(s). When I babysit children, I encourage hands on activities, as well as arts and crafts, games, Read more and strongly encourage children to be active for at least 60 minutes a day. I have previously assisted with the completion of homework, been held responsible for cooking (simple meals), preparing bottles/lunch for the next day, pick ups/drop offs, bath time, etc. I also do not mind doing light household cleaning (laundry, washing dishes, putting dishes away, etc.). I am also an animal lover, and love all kinds of pets! I do not mind late nights, short notice, or occasional babysitting.
