Taylor C.

Taylor has been our family's full time nanny since June with a 12 month negotiated agreement as she is at Seton Hall. Recently, she became aware she needed to spend more time focused working full time on her Masters thesis. We have valued her time with our children a lot. Poor Taylor sprained her ankle twice since being with us, and has taken off time off twice, one for a wedding as well as an upcoming school honorarium - hard shoes to fill quickly. She accompanied us on our family vacation (by choice), was quite helpful and was paid an additional $1,000 bonus for that. She helped organize the children's schedule, oversees homework, does laundry, cooks dinner, prepares children's breakfasts, runs errands, drives them, is punctual, reliable, quiet, and shares her opinions. Taylor is a healthy cook, very good with technology as well as homework. Our children are both 12. We are happy to speak with anyone in the area about her at any time if you would like to hire her in the future in any capacity. She has been nice enough to stay until we hire someone else to take over, we're disappointed in the switch so early. We and our children look forward to staying in touch with her. 11/1/16
