I have been a certified middle school math teacher for the past seven years. While primarily working with teenagers, I have interactions with younger children throughout my day through either lunch duty or after school programs. Prior to my career as a teacher, I worked as a counselor in day camps and travel camps for children ages 4-17 as well as babysat for children ages 6 months-4 years old for over ten years. Also have experience babysitting twins. Love kids! While not currently certified, I have had previous certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and am scheduled to become re-certified in September 2014.
