Monica was fantastic! She was extremely responsive, on time, and fantastic with our son. He is not always thrilled to have a babysitter but immediately connected with her. She successfully put him down for bed despite a ton of noise from a party outside our hotel room. Just a lovely person. We would 100% use her again if we return to the Boston area.
