I'm the oldest of four children and always had to be the helping hand. which usually had me babysitting on a Friday night. Working with children can be difficult for some, but patience and understanding are key. Up until recently I work full time at an elementary school for 2 years, leaving to return back to college. Working at the the school was a reward task, where I learned some much about child growth. My main focus was working with autistic/behavior student. Each child has there own specific need or guidelines that need to be followed. While employed I was also a care supervisor for the after school program.
