My name is Allison, I am 25 year old Hoboken resident. I live in a very sweet apartment with my best friend and our adorable French Bulldog named Billy, although he goes by many names (Billy the kid, Mr. Bubbles, etc.). I have always loved babysitting and have experience doing so since I was 16 years old. In High School I was involved in an aftercare tutoring program where I provided services for elementary school aged children and I have no issue providing homework help. Professionally, I am licensed Psychotherapist in the state of New Jersey. I facilitate individual and group psychotherapy for adults and adolescents with a range of psychological, behavioral, and emotional problems. While pursing my undergraduate degree I had the pleasure of interning at the Douglas Developmental Disability Center at Rutgers providing ABA therapy for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and have enjoyed working with children and Read more families while in this role. I am hoping to pursue my doctoral degree at Rutgers University within the next upcoming year to develop an area of expertise in my clinical work, to pursue training in theory development, and enhance my research skills to create scholarship. I am hoping to use the extra income to help pay for this exciting academic endeavor! I have availability on weekends, weeknights, and can be made available last minute. I strive to provide a fun, caring, and safe environment for your child/children while under my supervision. I am not afraid to help with household chores (dishes/laundry/cooking/cleaning) or picking up children from activities by walking or driving with my own vehicle.
