I have worked with babies/children as early as in my teens babysitting for several neighbors. I am a mom of 3 beautiful children 13,10, and 8 all born in NY but happily raised in Howell NJ. Fortunately, i was able to leave my Legal Asst position in NYC back in 2005 when i was expecting my 1st and began my new job as a stay home mom which then i followed on with my other 2. Just a short while ago my youngest child entered school fulltime and although i didn't get pressured or forced to return to the work field i felt a desire/need after 11 yrs as a stay at home mommy to get back out there and do something for myself and something that gives me gratitude. That being said, i just felt that being around children is what i wanted to incorporate in my life. I Read more take great pleasure in teaching, caring, and simply just keeping them comfortable and of course happy. I have experience with children as young as infant-early grade school, working at Jewish Daycare part time in 2012, also filled in as a Nanny in a residential private daycare also part time. I currently work as a Cafeteria Aide at Howell Twnsp Elementary School (Newbury), Mon-Fri 13 hrs a week, unfortunately as greatful and lucky i am to be in such a great environment and the privileges that come with being a Howell BOE staff member the hours and pay just aren't meeting my needs and expectations. I am NOT CPR certified but willing to become if need be, how ever, i do have some school Safety certification course that are required by the BOE. As i mentioned, i am a parent and i have always and will always make my children a #1 priority, i don't believe or agree that to be any less of the choice when it comes to any parents feelings. I have been told numerous times that i am the Baby Wisperer 😏, i will admit i have a special gift. I am patient, i am fun, and extremely intuitive with children of all ages. I'm a pretty good person, generally happy and almost never let things get to me. Best feeling of being a mom would be the constant compliments i get from family, friends and teacher's on how well I'm raising each child, how they are so polite, warm, sociable anf incredibly gorgeous 😄.
