I come from a small immediate family, but a good sized extended. I am the oldest of 8 grandchildren and I am treated as such. I have had the please of babysitting all 6 of my little cousins at once. At one point in time they ranged from the ages of 6 months to 9 years old and everything in between. When they are in my care I am responsible not only for their well being, but also making sure they get to their respective schools, sporting events, parties, and whatever other activities they may participate in. In addition to watching my 6 cousins, I have coached youth track programs as well as counselled summer track camps.
