Greetings, I am a mother of a three year old boy named Ryan. My experience has always been in customer service and management within the Trucking Industry, and after I had my son, I decided I wanted a change. I am currently working towards finishing my Psychology degree so I can begin a career in NJ's Early Intervention System. My son was not speaking at two years and a few months and had behavioral issues. Within three weeks of being in the early intervention program I began to see a difference in his entire demeanor and our life transformed for the best.
