After two rounds of in person interviews (with our children present), verbal acceptance of our offer, through check of references, agreement on start date and my money invested on a sittercity background check, I received a call from Deja 3 days before her start date to inform me that she had accepted another position. While I am all for finding the right fit. The way that this was handled, leaving my family in the lurch as we are moving house was terrible. Be aware
