I have worked in the Education field for five years. My expertise include but are not limited to daycare assistant, after school homework helper, tutor, literacy intensive teacher, 8th grade assistant teacher, 3rd grade assistant teacher in Denver Colorado, Boys and Girls club Art teacher, mentor, floater etc. Just a few of the jobs that I have worked in over the course of five years. The goal for me is to become a full time teacher. What I believe middle, high school and elementary students need to be successful, is to manifest knowledge of self. It is about learning to grasp a deeper meaning behind who they are, where they come from and meshing those ideas and concepts into their individual lives. Young people; growing and adapting at a rapid rate need to be exposed to much more than what they are handed to everyday. What would make them feel Read more proud to just be in a society that favors hiding truth and reality? What they watch, is just a fabrication of what they want to know but not what needs to be known. What needs to be known and better understood, comes from outside of the curriculum. What structured curriculum is going to teach the youth how to better self care, how to mature naturally without peer pressure, deep roots in connection with their ancestral history that is quite golden and esoteric in nature. Their well nourished minds will then wake up to the healing powers of self mastery, self realization and self esteem in order for them to become successful in life. Through my ideological approach and self mastery, I have managed to get students in the right mindset and motivated to excel in life by creating a mental family tree of excellence. There however is a special art into how this idea works with the youth today. I replay the questions in my mind and look to see; will it confuse them, how will they benefit from it and most importantly will they remember it? Creating lesson plans that are richly impactful to the mind…touching base with a heightened increase in intellectual ability. It helps to instill power. Finding out where it lies and how to use it. They will never stop coming back for more. The adolescent and young adult feels intimidated by what they feel can’t be controlled by them. Causing energy of self doubt, laziness and frustration. The goal is to make them come back, make them want to learn more and get them wanting to teach the masses the real knowledge.
