I interviewed Mashley over the phone and via Skype. Although when I saw her on Skype, she interviewed in a skimpy bra fitness top (belly out) and very short shorts, I overlooked this and attributed this to her youth. I moved forward and scheduled an in person meeting with Mashley. She neither called or showed up. I gave her ample opportunity to select a time slot of her choosing. Mashley exhibited highly unprofessional behavior and I would not trust that she would be a responsible child care provider. She comes across as "nice" but I don't believe this is her true nature. Based on my experiences with Mashley, I can not recommend her to the Sittercity community.
