My first professional babysitting job I babysat two children, ages 7 and 11, for 2 years. Position was fulltime during the summer, and after school during the school year. For this position during the summer hours I provided the kids with snacks, made their lunch and took them on day trips to the zoo, beach, pool, etc. For the after school care I provided them with a snack and helped them with their homework and school projects. This job has progressed into a need call basis when their mother needs to run errands and such.
I had the pleasure of sitting a 3 month of baby girl for a few months while her mommy transitioned back to work. This included tummy time, feeding, nap time, changing, play time, and cleaning bottles.
Currently, I am providing after school care Mon-Fri 230p to 6p for a family of 12 year old twins. I help the kids do their homework, play games, arts and crafts, play outside, and cook dinner.
I was a Church Youth Group Leader for 4 years. I planned and organized trips and events.
I was a games station leader at Vacation Bible School for 5 years. I surpervised 20+ children.
In High School I took a Child Care class. For 40minutes each day I attended a 2nd grade class. During that time I helped the children with their math and reading skills.
 I am certified in CPR and AED and I also know first aid.
