Hi there👋🏼 I’m Kimmy and I am 26 years old. I have many years of experience in child care! I am 1 of 5 siblings, most of them younger, so I naturally fell into a care-taking roll as an older sister. I started babysitting for some local, neighborhood families when I was 15. As I gained more experience, I worked with some families more consistently. In high school, I aspired to be a teacher, and was hired at Kiddie Academy Daycare to work after-school hours. During the summer I worked 40 hours full time! For this position I was required to be fingerprinted and CPR certified, so I received certification through American Red Cross that I have renewed every 2 years since. I’ve attended and graduated from the University of Scranton. My passion for teaching manifested different than I had initially imagined, but I am currently working as a Personal Read more Trainer at Main Line Health in Glen Mills, PA. This job requires me to be CPR Certified as well. I am also an aspiring entrepreneur; I recently started a wellness business online which allows me to coach and help more people - I feel this is my purpose in life! My job is fairly flexible so I am looking for some part time work to fill some open gaps in my schedule. I have 2 dogs at home so I am more than happy to be around furry friends :)
