My name is Noelle and I am a traveling nanny and in-home support resource. With an extensive educational background in family systems, art therapy, and child development, plus over 10 years of care experience all over the country both in-home and in facilities, I am an accountable and valuable addition to your home even if only for a night out !! I have always had a passion for taking care of children and began my babysitting career as a mother's helper when I was eleven-years-old. More than ten years later and I still very much enjoy interacting with kids, always amazed by what life-lessons they have to offer me. Over the years, I have worked in empathy-focused accredited daycare facilities, provided at-home behavioral therapy, and facilitated art therapy with multiple ages. I have experience with an age range spanning from newborn to teenagers, with my favorite being between 6 months Read more and 6 years. My creative, compassionate, and diligent nature allows me to be approachable and friendly with the children, while simultaneously being reliable and aware of my responsibilities. While ensuring their safety is my primary concern, I believe that consistency and friendship is important in fostering long-lasting relationships. I strive to positively influence kids during my time with them, by employing educational and interactive games and activities. I prefer to take an integrative approach to my family interactions, and hope to be a trusted resource for all parents, allowing them time focus on their own lives, while supporting the home environment and ensuring high quality care and attention for their children. In addition to standard care services, I offer the following additions per request: - on property living capacity with work/stay negotiations for reduced rate (I travel/live in a small mobile home which can fit in a driveway or front yard) - a family assessment at the end of my stay to modify challenging behaviors through family systems theory and applied behavior analysis - achievable recommendations to implement based on practices I utilize during my stay, with option for transitional support and check-ins after I depart - family portrait sessions conducted with more ease and a familiar face to support from start to finish
