Hello! My name is Danielle, I am 21 and currently in college as a Pre-Medical major. I am also in school to become a makeup artist as well. I come from a family of five, coming from all various ages. I currently take care of sisters (ages 8 and 9) and my brother (age 5) on various days. I have a 3 month old nephews as well, so I have experience with all ages needed. On top of caring for family, I also have worked many babysitting jobs with children of all ages, usually on a nightly basis due to working, but am looking to get into babysitting/nannying more often. As well as working at my previous job, I also help my boss with driving her children to practices/school pick ups, as well as even watching her dogs. I do currently work at a pediatric dentist part time and interact Read more with children there as well. This schedule for me is very minimum hours though so I would be able to work as you needed, and have that work around any schedule we set. I do own a car, as well as a clean driving record, and would not mind driving to practices or picking children up from school as well. I am also comfortable with preparing meals and snacks, as well as cleaning up around the house as needed. I can also do homework with children and help them study. I am very computer literate having worked in a computer industry, so I could also teach children, if you wanted, how to use different Microsoft programs, Apple technologies and practice typing skills and other various computer skills. As for myself, I am very big with music and sports. I am able to play the clarinet, and also have a lot of knowledge about all genres of music. I currently play lacrosse and have played other sports such as basketball, field hockey, and track. I also have a huge love for football. I never mind going outside when it is nice out to help a child practice for a sport or even teach them sports I do know if they are interested. Personality wise, I would consider myself outgoing, but also very kind and willing to help when possible. If it's as simple as helping tie a shoe or a problem a child is having at school, I would trying to help solve the problem as much as I can. I have previously taken a babysitting American Cross class, and am willing to renew my certification if wanted. To wrap this up, I hope I can come and help make life a little easier for you, and bring a smile to your children's faces every day I get to take care of them.
