Being the oldest (23) of two girls, I always helped my parents with my little sister. Even only being two years apart I treated her like my own baby. My family grew up close as my father was a stay at home dad out on permanent disability while my mom worked in a pizzeria until my sister and I were old enough to be in school. It was then my mother decided to go back to college for her nursing degree. She graduated as an RN in 2006 and continued raising us in the same house for 23 years now. My loving parents brought me up with morals, respect, responsibility & more life lessons then I knew were possible. They were married 26 years before my father passed away in 2012 from lung cancer. Always having a fairly big family with lots of cousins, i was also given a special Read more one when I was just 8. I hadn't had a new baby in the family for 3 years. I grew up learning everything I could to care for a baby. I couldn't wait to be old enough to do it on my own. I've wanted to be a mother as long as I can possibly remember and though I am still childless I have time to prepare and plan. I have full independent experience with babies as little as 1 month old to teens needing to be picked up from the bus stop and taken care of until mom got done work.
