My name is Melissa Maldonado and I am a mother of two school aged girls (12 and 15). I have about 8 years of childcare experience and more than 15 years in the field of early childhood. I have worked at daycare centers in the classroom and in an administrative role as well. I worked with Elwyn as part of the Multidisciplinary Evaluation team, before becoming a stay at home mother and later a sitter/nanny.
