My name is Melanie Dotts. I graduated from Rowan University in 2015. I am currently working as the Medical Integration Program Coordinator at the Virtua Center for HealthFitness. I also serve as a fitness specialist and personal trainer. I am CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. Here is a little bit of my background and experience with babysitting: I am the youngest of my generation of cousins. As my older cousins began getting married and having children, my mom quit her day job so that she could watch and take care of the kids and I was akways there to help her. As I myself got older, I began watching the kids on my own. There are 10 kids total and they now range from the age of 6 to 13. Being there watching these kids grow up right before my eyes has been such an amazing experience for me Read more as I never had younger siblings of cousins before this new generation. On top of watching and taking part in raising the children in my family, I've also babysat for children outside of the family. I watched my 2 neighbors for a few years off and on and I've watched many of my friends' children for date nights or other instances where they need me. Besides babysitting specifically, I also volunteer in the nursery at my church from time to time. I was also a cheerleading coach for about 2 years back in 2011. I've spent a lot of my life around children of all different ages and I've absolutely loved it! I'm looking forward to continuing to do so.
