For most of my life I have been taking care of my younger siblings in order to help out my parents. While doing so I have been able to maintain an active lifestyle and pursue my education. I adore children because they are incredibly spirited and full of questions about the world. They are inspirational in youthful endeavors. I enjoy involving them in activities such as cooking and baking. I also try to enforce a healthy lifestyle in both diet and exercise through example. I encourage competition as well as unity between siblings as it helps them grow together. I also encourage creativity because it is important for children to have a balance of several different activities. For almost 7+ years now I have babysitting and or nannying, whether it was after school, during school breaks or on weekends. Some of the kids I've babysat or nannied have been from Read more the time when they were infants to the time they were toddlers. Some kids were already in school and i babysat them after school or on weekends. It's fun to watch kids grow and see how they turn out to be. It always brings a smile to my face when I hear some of the kids I've watched in the past still talk about me. I am goofy, funny, caring, loving and all of the above. I know when to be serious and when to joke around. I encourage lots of arts and crafts, reading and homework and until they are done they can play or do anything they desire to do if it's okay to do.
