I started nannying in 2008 and I have two years of experience (working September-June) as a nanny for a family with two boys that I met through Sittercity. Since then, I have worked with a family with two girls and a family with a special needs toddler with severe allergies. I have experience as a volunteer EMT, with over 160 hours of training. I was certified in both CPR and basic first-aid for all age ranges, but will need to complete a refresher course to update my certification. I am adaptive and responsive, intelligent, sweet, loyal, perceptive and responsible. Currently, I am a graduate student.

Melissa worked with us for a short time, but had to leave due to a schedule conflict. However, while she was with us, she made sure that every day was enjoyable for our girls and went out of her way to make each day exciting. For example, she would do little things like making pancakes from scratch even though there were frozen ones in the freezer :) She is also very creative and helped our older daughter with school projects. Additionally, she was very punctual and, if given, the opportunity, I'd rehire her in a heartbeat!
