I have just finished my junior year at UNM and am on break this summer. I am hoping to get some occasional part-time jobs and possibly expand my babysitting clientele. I also hope to make a positive impression on every child and parent I work with. I have been babysitting for nearly seven years and have experience with children from 4 months to 12 years old. I have been interested and passionate about childcare ever since my little brother was born in 2004. I currently attend UNM and am majoring in Special Education with a focus on elementary levels I attended the Red Cross Babysitting Certification class and a Child First-Aid/CPR class in spring 2013. I have volunteered quite a bit in the past. Some of my volunteer positions included a teacher's aide at Turquoise Trail Charter School in Santa Fe and a general volunteer at the Santa Fe Children's Read more Museum. I currently volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and have a Little who recently turned seven. Because I volunteer with BBBS, I get background checks on a yearly basis.
