I am mature, energetic woman with over 20 years experience in child care. I have cared for children from newborns to teenagers. I also have experience with infant twins. I pride myself in the knowledge I've developed over the years in infant care. I believe that I've been a great help to first time moms. My suggestions and advice have helped in many situations. I am someone who enjoys life and all it has to offer.My favorite thing to do is travel whenever I get some free time. I enjoy tending to my garden and love being outdoors. Taking the children I've cared on walks has always been a part of the day. I try to stay active as much as possible. I go bowling and attend ceramic classes. I enjoy movies and I love to read. I'm happy to take the children on outings and any event that they are participating in. Over the years I have handled everything that has come my way, including taking care of sick children. I love animals and I have 3 cats and 1 dog . All rescues. I have driven a school bus and a bus for Maryhaven catholic health Services. Driving for Maryhaven has given me the opportunity to get experience with the special needs population. I have taken first aid as well as CPR courses. I am an honest and very dependable person. I can furnish anyone who may be interested in me references to substantiate all of the above. I also have no problem submitting to a background check. Today is July of 2020 and it has been four years since I was last on this site. The reason being is that I have spent the last four years in the employ of a gentlemen who is a single dad of three children. All three children were in grammar school with the youngest going into kindergarten. My duties there were to see them off to school and to do all that is required to get them ready. I returned in the afternoon and handled all that was necessary including homework , getting ready for any after school activities, and sometimes started dinner. The children have gotten older and circumstances change and that is the reason I'm no longer there. I would love to hear from anyone who thinks I might be someone there interested in.
