Hi! Thanks for taking a minute to read my profile. I am new to Austin, arriving from New York City! In NYC I worked in commercial real estate and babysat in my spare time. I spent my days dealing with fussy adults and began babysitting again to off-set working in a cranky corporate environment. I realized being around children made a big difference and gave me a lot of joy. Since moving to Austin in early July, I would like to continue babysitting before I begin a new full-time career. I enjoy interacting with children as I grew up in a large family (I have six siblings!) and I would like to take advantage of this hiatus to stay connected to the babysitting world. I have cared for all sorts of children from infant twins to kids with disabilities. I was also a teacher for a year at a Vocational School Read more in a Special Ed room. I am comfortable with really all ranges of kids, and my only 'rule' when it comes to babysitting is that the kids follow their parents routines/rules!
