My babysitting "career" began well before my college years, but it was during these years that I discovered my passion for children. I was the babysitter for a family with a 7 and 9 year old who I babysat 2-3 nights a week. After graduating, I was blessed with the role of becoming an aunt of 3. At home, in Upstate NY, I am constantly watching and playing my 2 nephews ages 5 and 18 months. Up until May 2015, my niece who was 2 was thrown into the mix but she has passed. My niece had down syndrome and passed away in a tragic house fire. With that being said, I do have 2 years of experience with special needs kids/babies. Before going to NYC for a Web Design, I was a nanny for my 18 month old nephew. In addition, I was a sitter for my families in Read more my neighborhood - specifically for a family who has a 5 year old girl, 6 year old son, and 11 year old son. The running joke is that all the kids think I am one of them because I stand just as tall as many of them.
