I'm currently a student at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT but live at home in Beacon, NY during the summer. I'm on a fast track to getting my MBA by being enrolled in the 3+1 program where I will receive my BS in 3 years and my MBA the 4th year. This requires me to take at least 19 credits per semester but I am used to a heavy workload as I graduated from high school as salutatorian of my class. My major is accounting and I hope to one day be a CPA. As for work experience, I've been babysitting off and on for about 6 years. I was a frequent babysitter for a family with a 2 year old son up until I left for college. I have young cousins ranging from 1 to 6 years of age and watch them any time I am home and needed. Read more I worked at Howland Public Library in the Homework Center where I helped students in grades K-8 with their studies. When their homework was completed, I had fun and innovative crafts ready for them to do if they wanted. If they opted out of the craft, they were able to have free reading time. I am also CPR certified and a volunteer fire fighter. I am a little kid at heart so I genuinely enjoy playing with children and doing fun activities. I also have a car and have had my license for over 3 years so I would be able to drive children to any activity or place that they needed to go!
