I have worked as a camp counselor for 2-3-year-olds, including diaper changing, feeding, playing, and swimming, as well 11-12 year olds. I am currently attending Adelphi University's graduate program for special education, as I have completed my BA in creative writing/literature. I have worked for many family members, babysitting younger cousins from age 3-9. I have also worked at an elementary school in the after-care program, so I worked with kids ranging in ages from 4-11, including some children with special needs. I also own 3 cats and 2 dogs, so I am comfortable with taking care of pets, as well as light housekeeping, meal prep, homework, errands, and transportation (I have my own vehicle). I am a non-smoker, who loves kids and is very comfortable around kids, I love to have fun and teach in the process!! I am also CPR and first aid certified.
