My name is Melissa and I have extensive experience caring for children with ages ranging from newborns to 16 years old. I am currently working as an Assistant Teacher at Rippowam Cisqua Elementary School as a first grade teacher. I also just completed a dual masters degree at Manhattanville College in Elementary Special Education and Literacy. Previously, I worked at The Stanwich School as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and as an Assistant Teacher for two years at Rye Country Day School in Kindergarten and First grade. I am passionate about caring for and working with children with a wide range of abilities. Some responsibilities I have experience with include bringing children to and from school/camp/sports/playdates, homework help, preparing meals, diaper changes, bottle feeds, as well as helping with basic household tasks, walking and feeding pets.
