Hello, My name is Lucrecia Polanco and am currently working in the Department of Education NYC as a teaching assisting for almost a year. I am also a mom of two kids, 16 Special Education child and 9 years old regular education. Basically, my experience with children is based on my own experience and with the Department of education. I love kids because they are the promise of the future and someone has to stand by to teach them how to succeed in their life and been productive for the society. I am certified as a teaching assisting since September 2015. I have done my child abuse, violence prevention and DASA workshops.
