Hi! I am a caring, patient and a responsible care giver. I love children and fitness! I am a certified personal trainer, CPR and Holistic health counselor. I have worked with children of various ages ranging from 6 months to 8 years old. I at one point had the opportunity to take care of twin boys over the period of 3 years starting at the age of 6 months. It was great to watch them grow as they were going thru their stages of development. I have 2 girls of my own and know how precious each moment is. In my fitness work I worked with an after school program where I taught movement and yoga to groups of children age 4-10 years old. I am available Monday thru Friday. I look forward to meeting you!
