Hi, my name is Ingrid Cabrera, I am 30 years old. At young age I realized that seeing the faces that children made when they learned something new or saw something that amazed them was something that not only amazed me but enthralled me. So I went into teaching and it was great. Like any other person my first students were family members and my friend's children and it was everything I thought it would be. Not only do the children always learn something but you learn something from them everyday and it leaves you amazed at how much they can teach you. I love working on arts and crafts with them, working also academics depending on the age, going to the parks, museums, and having play dates. I have my Associate's in Childhood Care and Education, currently working towards getting my Bachelor's at Hunter College. I am CPR certified Read more and I also speak Spanish.
