Hello there! My name is Elisha Rosado. I'm twenty-four years old, living in Brooklyn, New York. I have years of experience in child care and am familiar with most Brooklyn neighborhoods. As a child, I always found myself wanting to and caring for my younger cousins. As I grew older, I was asked to watch over neighbor’s children’s, especially newborns. I love the feeling of allowing their parents or guardians the freedom & flexibility to go about their day while gaining their trust. I am not a mother, although, I’ve always sensed the stress of a parent/parents when extra help is sincerely needed. I have a great amount of patience, am very caring and diligent of the children I watch. I believe empathy, communication and patience are the three biggest assets necessary for a child’s overall needs. They deserve to be understood while being educated at all times.
