My typical day at Snuggle Bear Family Daycare was not only my job but my home. Being surrounded by such a great indiviual who made sure everything was put to perfection for our baby's was definitely an amazing feeling. There are some major responsibilities that came along with my position that I was more than happy to learn and add to what I already knew. Learning is something that I will never put a limitation on. My boss once told me "kids aren't for everyone" and I took that and ran with it in a positive way. I made it my job to learn each individual child because they have feelings and needs as well. I also learned that not all children are the same nor have the same speed at what they do. Being in the child care field I also learned that patience is key because without that Read more theres no bridge to connect with the child. I am very leader task oriented when it comes to tasks that need to be performed in order to meet certain goals. The hardest part of my job honestly was observing certain parents lack of effort in assisting us with educational, toilets habits etc at home. The most enjoyable part of my job was being able to give back and brighten up my little bears faces. 🔹I'm willing to do phone/in person interviews 🔹I'm open to negotiate different locations outside my 5miles radios 🔹I'm able to start right away
