I am a full-time student pursuing an Associate’s degree in Psychology with the intent to later achieve a Bachelor’s in Social Work. I have 6+ years of experience in childcare with both infants and toddlers and have enjoyed it very much. I have been a live-in nanny, a full time live-out nanny and have also done part-time babysitting. I find my work to be very rewarding as I have learned a lot from my childcare experiences. One of the things I’ve learned the most is how much influence I have on the children I care for. It is important to me to be a good role model as it shapes their lives and who they become. I couldn't be more proud of the role I get to play in children's lives as with every new lesson I teach them, I also learn something new. I consider myself to be responsible, outgoing, creative, patient and nurturing. In addition, I am CPR/AED certified, fluent in spanish and english. I like to be physically and mentally active. I love being outdoors but can also do well indoors on a rainy or extremely hot/cold day especially if we go to a museum or library.
