I am a modern dance student in Manhattan who is interested in part-time evening and weekend babysitting work. I have about 5 years of experience babysitting for several families with kids ages 3-11, and I am happy to provide references. I also have several years of experience as a modern dance instructor for preschool- though middle-school-aged kids. I am extremely reliable, responsible, and conscientious, with a very open, nurturing, kid-friendly demeanor. I love entering into children's imaginary worlds and being silly and creative and fun, and I particularly enjoy doing activities like reading, writing, making art, spending time outside, and cooking with kids. Encouraging screen-free time is something that is very important to me. Before moving to New York to pursue my dance career, I attended college part-time for two years, earning a 4.0 GPA.
