Kim is amazing with my daughter. She understands how to communicate and relate to my 2 year old daughter. Instead of needing a few days for my daughter to open up and become used to her presence, she only needed a few minutes. Kim is more than familiar with the stages of small children, be it their comfort level, socialization, learning and potty training. I even walked away learning from her. If every sitter was like her, I wouldn't need to call periodically throughout the day to check the well-being of my daughter.

Kimberly is amazing with our little girl and boy. She has no qualms about staying late, should we be running late ourselves and has even helped to diagnose our child when she was sick! Nothing major, just a little thrush, but she caught it early enough so as to avoid it getting worse. That biology degree sure did come in handy. Our kids love that she is always involved on the playground and is not shy about being silly. Best of all, she started teaching our kids Spanish without my asking.
