Hi my name is Tanisha I'm a mom of four beautiful children and two grandchildren. I have been a natural and professional caregiver for over twenty five years. I've worked with all ages from newborns to the elderly and disabled. Being a mom myself I genuinely tend to nurture other's children so naturally. I have excellent experience with newborn and toddler children and even pre teens. I possess the compassion, soft and gentle motherly love touch your children need; while also balancing out consistency with guidance and direction. Adding values and morals to my performamce while also instilling it in the children that come into my care. I've been told I give the granny hugs and love while being able to run around and get silly with the children. While at times I may have more parental life experience than many parents I've worked for; I am open to learning and adapting from employer parents. You may have a certain technique or way that you do things, I'm open to learning.. I'm open to newborns, however I would prefer parents who have another child; or have the adjusted experience of returning to work. I know first hand the challenge of having to seperate from baby, due to the need to provide for the family. I'm open to occasional/part time work and also a position that could potentially lead to full time. I enjoy bonding n building. Caregiving, nuturing is a true passion for me. It gives me purpose while serving a great one. This isn't a position to just do for money. I am consumed with the knowledge, empathy, patience and genuine love to get the job done with success.
