My name is Frances Germain , my experience in babysitting began when I was younger. I babysat a lot for my parents friends from the early age of about 14. I have always been good with children and enjoy their company along with helping them grow. For the past year and a half I have been working at the Center for Community Adjustment as a teachers aide. It is school for children who have special needs and are emotionally disturbed. Working here has taught me so much patience and understanding. It also has showed me how much I care for bettering children and caring for them.
