I am a fun, smart, creative, responsible, college educated, 40 year old native English speaker looking for a live-out nanny position. I have lots of experience with infants through elementary aged children. I graduated with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education (aka home ec). My coursework included child development, nutrition, culinary arts, family health, human development, and family relationships. I have current CPR certification and I am also a certified nurse aide. My last position was with a great family with a now 4 1/2 yr old. I was with them for over four years. It was a joy to watch their boy grow up. I believe strongly that early experiences in music, art, and literature leave a lasting impression on young children and that it is never to early to start reading and doing art projects.
