I began babysitting when I was 13 years old as a mother's helper with a family of two children ages 9 months and 5. I soon gained the family's trust and began babysitting for them without the presence of their mother. During college I sat for children ranging from 5 to 12. I have been the full time nanny for a three month old and have taken care of children as young as six weeks. Most recently I was the part time nanny for a family with three children for over two years.
