This is a recommendation for Marina, who was a nanny with us for almost two years, since our son was 3 months old. Marina is a very reliable, dedicated and knowledgeable nanny. She has a lot of experience with babies and kids of all ages, and helped us tremendously with feeding, setting a schedule, sleeping (our son sleeps amazingly and takes great long naps), and discipline. Marina is very kind, but firm, which we find very important for toddler age kids. She even covered extended hours during a week when mom was on vacation, and helped preparing meals and light household duties (shopping, cleaning, etc.). I always feel like my son is safe with her, and I don't have to worry about anything while I'm at work during the week. I highly recommend Marina for anyone who needs a reliable, experienced and professional nanny.
