I am a college student currently living in Wilmington, NC to attend college at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I have experience working as a teacher's assistant at a preschool/day care center in my hometown in NY from January 2017 to July 2018. I have worked with the infant class (up to age 1 1/2), toddler class (ages 1 1/2-3) as well as the 3-year-old, 4-year-old, and kindergarten classes. In addition, I also helped to run the afterschool care program for children of elementary and middle school ages. My duties included supervising and playing with the children, assisting them with work and daily needs, and maintaining a cleanly, nurturing and safe learning environment.
