Hi, My name is Joanna Pereira, I grew up in Dix Hills and attended the Half Hollow Hills school district. I am currently attending Adelphi university for childhood education. During my experience with infants and kids, I found it a very pleasing experience. I've had the experience of working in daycare facility which was very rewarding. Also as a babysitter/nanny/live-in with many families where have chiefly enjoyed watching their children grow throughout the years. My social and pleasant nature means I have an ability of connecting with children. In addition, I value the job of building society involvement, which I see as part of working in childcare. Child protection is always at the front position of my mind and I remain calm in tense situations.
