I am 19 years old and a life-long Fairport resident. Currently, I am on a long-term hiatus from college at the University of Rochester where I study Pre-med neuroscience. My resume focuses on my hired work experience, but in this case my life experience is much more applicable. I have two younger brothers on the Autism spectrum which has given me excellent caretaking skills. When they were younger they needed help with everything from using the bathroom to brushing their teeth, and as they grew older they needed assistance with personal skills such as spending money at Wegmans or cooking simple meals. Along with the care taking skills I acquired while helping to raise my brothers I have many years of babysitting experience with both special needs and non-special needs children.
