I am the oldest of four, so I have had a lot of experience caring for my younger siblings. I also have babysat many families in my community prior to attending college. These children varied from 3 to 11 years old. I also volunteered for four years at a recreational camp for children with special needs as well as participated in my parish's respite program. Last year, I taught a third grade classroom for religious education and also tutored a fourth grade boy in math and reading. Currently, I am volunteering at a school not too far from my college campus and I help with the after school program as well as a homework helper for grades kindergarten through sixth grade.
