Working with children is more of an opportunity than a job for me. I'm passionate about working with children, in creating a strong foundation, guiding them to grow towards the right path for a better future. I've obtained my BA In Human and Community Service and currently pursing my Masters in Early Childhood Education. Do Not HIRE! If you don't want to be scrambling for a sitter at the last minute do not hire. We hire her believing her profile and the interview we had with her ...what a mistake! We called her job reference ... did not give them notice either. She says: Skills, knowledge .. she had none of that! She says warm, caring and nurturing personality and can quickly create real bond with children ...outright lie! She says she is comfortable with pets ...another lie ...she was afraid of our cat and dog! Meal prep ...another lie, unless serving fruit is consider a meal prep. She was with us for about two and a half months, during that time she was late half of the time! We were clear ... no texting during work hours ...she was texting ...at $18 hr.??! One thing for sure is that she did blamed our 7yrs old son for everything! Thanks to our nanny cams we were able to see a very dishonest person. She sign a contract to let us know before she quits ...she did not stand by it!! Waist of time, waist of money and a lots of headache! She should not be a nanny or a sitter! A big lie! And we have the video to prove it!
