I am a culturally sensitive educational leader who is bilingual in Chinese &English. I rencently graduated with my M.S.Ed from Bank Street College of Education, New York, NY. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Child Studies. I completed ACTFL Discover Chinese Professional Development Course for teaching Chinese as a second language. In the past, I worked as student teacher at Bank Street School for Children; as lower school assistant teacher for Rumsey Hall School, Washington Depot, CT; Chase Collegiate School, St. Mary Hospital and NVCC Child Development Centers for the past few years. I am experienced in curriculum design and student centered, self-directed learning. Also, I am compassionated about fostering student’s critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills and supporting student’s innate passion for learning. I have a passion to share Chinese Language and culture with people who are interested in learning Chinese.
