A highly qualified and experienced individual with years of training in the care field so that I am able to look after and inspire those with learning disabilities also. I have been brought up to look after children beginning with my own siblings. I have a specialised background in behaviour management and train teachers in this field using methods within the drama field. I love Children and being a part of their development and understanding is of a high importance for I know how much influence and patterns of behaviour can be created by others. I like to speak with children and not talk down to them. I do encourage manners and always aim to explain if they are being reminded not to do something in their best interest. As for certificates, I have a level 3 in care and was a residential care home manager for young people in Read more the UK. Yes, I am English and have a high level of education including a Masters. I am also a Health and Safety trainer. I use to be a foster carer which did require a programme of short courses and training in the UK. I have experience in First Aid but no longer have a valid certificate. I do have a great rapport with children and enjoy supporting them in a comfortable, caring but fair environment.
