Laura was great until she wasn't. She came to my home on Wednesday and said she had to quit due to her sick Aunt..and wouldn't be coming on Monday... Then on Friday begged me for her job back and wanted an answer next day. I agreed to take her back thinking she had just made a rash decision..until an hour later she texted me with another story and said she had to quit... Again. When she was hired she told me she was looking for a long term position and was stable but didn't last a month. She said she had no choice but to leave..but I feel like it was completely unprofessional to leave me with no notice.
