I am 22 years old and a recent college graduate. I love to be active and play sports, my favorites include soccer, basketball and ultimate frisbee! I love culture, language, traveling and learning everything I can about the world. But especially, I love working with children. Over the past couple of years I've worked for the YMCA in their child watch center, and over the summer of 2013 and 2014, I worked for a summer program, which I lead, for kids between ages 6 and 16. In this program, my coworkers and I were in charge of creating activities with kids, playing sports and other sorts of games while making them feel at home and in a safe environment. In the day care, I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to middle-schoolers. I have spent another greater portion of my life working with children at church, whether it be kids church, doing puppet shows or helping out with Sunday-school. As far as certifications go, I am certified in both first-aid and CPR.
